The Latino Obesity Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Online giving is not yet open — we are completing the setup of our donation platform and will publish it here. In the meantime, please contact us directly to discuss supporting our work.
Our independence
Our educational content is developed to reflect current science, free from commercial influence. The foundation maintains a written conflict of interest policy requiring directors, officers, and key personnel to disclose financial interests and to recuse themselves from related decisions. We do not endorse specific commercial products, clinics, medications, or weight-loss programs.
